Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS)

Al-Safwa company has been providing air ambulance services for the benefit of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health since 2014 to date, by providing helicopters (Bell429) specially equipped for this purpose with full equipment including a medical stretcher in addition to medical & non-medical equipment which are needed to rescue the patient or injured personnel during air evacuation within borders of the State of Kuwait, especially remote places that are difficult to reach, such as islands or border areas, from which it takes a long time to evacuate the patient, or to transfer from one hospital to another, taking advantage of the time element to rescue the patient quickly due to the ease of transporting avoiding crowded streets and the possibility of landing (helicopters) in Small spots, in addition to the supplies required by this service, such as for example, pilots, co-pilots, paramedics, equipment, fuel, technicians, aircraft maintenance, spare parts, and other supplies needed for this service.

Jet Medical Evacuation Services

The company has been providing medical evacuation services for the benefit of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health since 2014 to date by providing the best fixed-wing jet aircraft to transport patients from Kuwait to all over the world and vice versa, using Challenger 605 aircraft, in addition to the company has also Challenger604 aircraft.

All jet aircraft are specially equipped to provide the medical evacuation service, as they contain a medical bed and seats for passengers accompanying the patient, in addition to the medical and non-medical equipment necessary to care for the patient during his air transportation, regardless of the distance or destination that the patient is transported to and from, in addition to what this service requires of Supplies, such as pilots, co-pilots, paramedics, equipment, fuel, technicians, aircraft maintenance, spare parts, and other supplies needed for this service.

Medical supplies & equipment

The company purchased, secured and installed equipment, devices and medical supplies and equipped aircraft with them under the supervision of the Ministry of Health. Helicopters are equipped with intravenous solution hooks fixed inside the fuselage. A heart monitor, oxygen devices for the patient, suction devices with an emergency defibrillator, an AC power supply device, with a health monitor, in addition to other medical devices. The jet plane has the same equipment as the helicopters. Transport planes and helicopters are provided with medical supplies such as bandages/bandages, saline solutions, medicines and the like for the purpose of operating aeromedical evacuation services.

Aircrafts

The company used Bell430 and Bell429 helicopters to provide air ambulance service, and we also used a fixed-wing Challenger 604 and Challenger 605 aircraft to provide air ambulance service for the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health through our first contract and our current contract with it according to the requirements of each contract. We have a permanent partnership with sister companies specialized in the field of owning, leasing, and maintaining fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, through which we can provide medical air evacuation service, businessmen service, or personnel transportation for various purposes (industrial - oil - sports). • We are distinguished by providing aircraft maintenance services of various models through trained technical workers licensed in accordance with international standards.

Providing security and defense services and prevention supplies
